Iris's yoga journey began in 2012 and yoga has made a remarkable change in her life. She was invited to a trial class and she fell in love with yoga after her first trial.
Yoga has helped Iris in strengthening and stretching her body to attempt the yoga movements. She has found yoga inspirational and motivative, from that she became a more confident and compassionate person.
During the class, Iris does her best to help her students in stretching and fixing their yoga postures. She always encourages her students to appreciate themselves. She likes to create a happy learning atmosphere and make yoga enjoyable for her students.
Hatha, Yin yoga, Aerial, Yoga wheel and Yoga therapy are Iris’s fortes. She believes that integrate meditation and breathing exercise are widely practised for health and relaxation. Iris considers herself as a teacher who care about student's growth inside-out.
